Responsibilities:

- **Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns**:

- Create, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
- **Manage Social Media Platforms**:

- Oversee all company social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
- Create engaging content and monitor user interactions on these platforms.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Optimize content for SEO and manage content calendars.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**:

- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.
- Ensure cost-efficiency and ROI for all digital marketing activities.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the sales and product teams to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when necessary.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Customer Engagement and Retention**:

- Develop strategies to engage customers and foster brand loyalty.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and improve digital customer experience.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure all digital marketing efforts comply with industry regulations and best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of data privacy laws and ensure campaigns are compliant.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
