ShikshaSphere, an online learning platform, is seeking a highly skilled Mathematics Tutor to join our team as a Video Lecture Creator. As a Mathematics Tutor, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative video lectures for students in 11th and 12th classes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop comprehensive video lectures on various topics in Mathematics for 11th and 12th classes.

2. Create visually appealing and well-structured presentations to enhance student engagement.

3. Ensure the content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the curriculum.

4. Use effective teaching techniques to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner.

5. Incorporate multimedia elements, such as animations and simulations, to enhance the learning experience.

6. Collaborate with the content development team to ensure the video lectures meet the highest quality standards.

7. Continuously update and improve the video lectures based on student feedback and industry trends.

8. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Mathematics education and incorporate them into the lectures.

**Requirements**:
1. A minimum qualification of M.Sc. in Mathematics.

2. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Mathematics curriculum for 11th and 12th classes.

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

4. Proficient in using video editing software and creating visually appealing presentations.

5. Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality educational content.

7. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

8. Prior experience in creating educational videos or teaching Mathematics will be an added advantage.

The earning for the position of Mathematics Tutor (Video Lecture Creator) at ShikshaSphere ranges from Rs 30,000 to Rs 50,000 per month, depending on video content.
