Primary Counsellor

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide emotional, social, and academic support to primary school students.
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students as needed.
- Identify behavioural or learning concerns in students and collaborate with teachers and parents for intervention.
- Organize workshops or awareness sessions on mental health, good behaviour, and emotional well-being.
- Maintain confidential student records and counselling reports.
- Assist in creating a positive and safe school environment for young children.
- Collaborate with teachers to support classroom management and student development.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a School Counsellor, preferably at the primary level.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with young children.
- Knowledge of child development and behavioural management techniques.
