**Job Duties**:

- Creating engaging and original content that aligns with the channel’s theme and audience.
- Collaborating closely with the team to brainstorm fresh ideas, scripts, and storylines for videos.
- Editing raw footage into polished videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Researching trends, popular formats, and viral content to keep the channel relevant and competitive.
- Developing video thumbnails, titles, and descriptions optimized for viewer engagement and SEO.
- Understanding YouTube analytics to measure content performance and implementing strategies to improve viewership and audience retention.
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely production and delivery of videos as per the content calendar.
- Staying up-to-date with YouTube trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Adaptability to creative feedback and the ability to evolve content based on changing requirements and trends.
