**Key Responsibilities**:

**Treatment Implementation**:

- Administer dental treatments and procedures as per the established protocols.
- Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions.
- Monitor and manage patients undergoing dental surgeries.

**Emergency Response**:

- Respond promptly to dental emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Stabilize patients in critical conditions before referring to specialists if necessary.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and documentation requirements.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Coordinate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and providing clear instructions.

**Continuing Education**:

- Stay abreast of the latest developments in dentistry.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

**Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in dental practice.
- Implement quality assurance measures to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a practicing dentist.
- Valid state license to practice dentistry in Chennai.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
