We are Chennai based Chartered Accountant firm. We are specialized in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and Taxation.

Work Location - Chennai

We have following open position in our firm

1. CA - Qualified / Semi Qualified
- Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
- Obtain, analyse and evaluate accounting documentation, previous report, data, flowcharts, etc

2. CS - Qualified:

- Should be able to handle Secretarial Compliances independently, well versed with Companies Act 2013.
- Preparing of agenda and papers of Board meetings
- Practical Knowledge of conduction of Board/ Committee/ General Meetings, drafting and preparing of minutes within in timeline.

3. Audit Assistant - (Experience 1 - 3 yrs)
- Good knowledge in Accounting and Auditing
- Good knowledge in Tally, advance excel, etc
- Knowledge in filings like GST, TDS, PF and ESI

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
