**JD for Mechanical inspectors**

Qualification:
1-Minimum 5-8 years ( BE/B. Tech, regular courses) / Diploma 8 years of relevant experience in fabrication and having knowledge of related codes, references, and NDT techniques such as LPI/UT/RT/ MPI having certificate of ASNT - II

2-NACE / BGAS /SSPC Level I or II one person having good painting inspection knowledge

**Scope of Work**

Safety to be ensured while inspection to be injury free.

1. Structure Steel Fabrication

2. Pipes, Tubes, Fittings

3. Fasteners

4. Module Mounting Structure

5. Valves

6. NDT-UT/RT/PT/MPT

All WPS/PQR qualification to be witnessed.

All Machine/Equipment’s to be checked periodically

All incoming material to be correlated with TC/ data sheet for Steel, welding consumables, Blasting abrasive, paints Consumables for NDT etc.

Hard punching to be done on plates and rolled section above 300 mm.

Stage Inspections like In-process, Fit-up, Welding, NDE, Final Inspection, Packing, Dispatch etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
