We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing our online marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain our company's website, ensuring its effectiveness, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to foster brand loyalty and engagement with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis, and use this information to refine marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms and managing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹15,415.92 - ₹30,672.76 per month
