**Designation: PRT- English**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lesson Planning**:
Develop creative and age-appropriate English lessons aligned with the school curriculum, incorporating diverse teaching methods (songs, stories, games, visual aids) to cater to different learning styles.
- **Classroom Instruction**:
Deliver engaging English lessons focusing on phonics, reading comprehension, vocabulary building, grammar basics, and writing skills.
- **Student Assessment**:
Regularly assess student progress through formative and summative assessments (quizzes, projects, observations) to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- **Communication Skills**:
Maintain open communication with parents through regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
- **Classroom Management**:
Establish a positive and conducive learning environment by managing student behavior, promoting active participation, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience as a Primary English Teacher
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Teaching Methods: Familiarity with various primary-level English teaching methods, including phonics instruction, storytelling, and interactive activities
- Curriculum Understanding: Thorough understanding of the school's English curriculum and national standards
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
