**Job Title**: Telecaller - Real Estate

**Location**: Kamptee, Nagpur
**Working Days**: Monday to Sunday

We are a fast-growing real estate firm in Kamptee, Nagpur, committed to offering reliable and efficient property solutions to our clients. We're currently looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our dynamic team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers to explain property offerings.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads by persuading clients to visit or inquire about available properties.
- Follow up with clients for feedback and appointments.
- Handle client queries efficiently and professionally.
- Schedule meetings for site visits with the sales team.
- Keep records of daily calls and customer interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi (English is a plus)
Confident and pleasant phone etiquette
Basic knowledge of real estate or willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in telecalling or customer engagement preferred

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
