Job Description: Experienced UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer (Part-Time Hybrid)

Position: UI/UX Designer & Graphic Designer

Type: Part-Time Hybrid (1 day in office, 4 days remote)

Hours: 4 hours/day (with a 20-minute break)

Location: Office visit once a week, remote work available

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to iterate on design concepts and implement feedback.

Create visually engaging graphics for marketing materials, social media content, and other brand-related assets.

Maintain a consistent design language and style across various platforms and mediums.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and graphic design.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability concepts.

Familiarity with responsive design and mobile-first design principles.

Strong graphic design skills, including layout design, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Experience with both Windows and macOS operating systems.

Availability to work 1 day in the office per week.

Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or related field.

Experience in creating animations and motion graphics.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development.

Previous experience in a hybrid remote work environment.

Application Process:
Note: This is a part-time hybrid position, with the requirement to work 1 day per week in the office and 4 days remotely. The daily work hours are 4 hours, with a 20-minute break. The schedule will be discussed further during the interview process.
