**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively call customers and check for their interest in our product
- Identify the reasons for non-purchase and offer alternatives or deals to ensure maximum conversions
- Document all pertinent customer information and conversations into CRM system/ Excel sheet.
- Chase deals with customers until they are either closed, dead or turned into Paid customers
- Plan sales activity & sets weekly goals to achieve individual business target
- Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks
- Work closely with other sales team members for sales closures
- Co-ordinate smooth post-sales handover & transition

Role Requirement:

- 1 year of experience in the field of Sales working with customers directly on call
- Excellent Communication skills in **English OR Hindi**:

- Ability to extract and maintain sales reports on Excel.

Compulsory requirement:

- Must have a laptop or a PC to work on.
- Must know one of the following languages:

- **Tamil**:

- **Telugu**:

- **Malayalam**:

- **Kannada**:

- **Tulu**
