
Back Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Organize, maintain, and update physical and digital files in an efficient manner.
- Ensure proper filing and categorization of documents to ensure easy retrieval.
- Handle the scanning, indexing, and archiving of files and documents.
- Assist in managing electronic document systems and databases.
- Ensure files are stored securely and comply with data protection regulations.
- Assist with data entry and documentation updates as required.
- Support team members in accessing and retrieving necessary files.
- Maintain accurate records of all filed documents for easy tracking.
- Assist in implementing filing systems and improving document organization processes.
- Perform routine checks to ensure all documents are up-to-date and properly filed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of file management systems (both physical and digital).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills for internal coordination.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in administrative or file management roles is a plus.
