We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Solar Panel Cleaner**to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually cleaning solar panels at solar power plants to ensure optimal energy production. No prior experience is required—training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform manual cleaning of solar panels using water-fed poles, brushes, and other equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to prevent damage to panels and ensure personal safety.
- Inspect panels for defects or damage and report issues to supervisors.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.).
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience needed; training provided.
- Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of safety practices (OSHA compliance is a plus).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in solar panel cleaning, window cleaning, or construction.
- Knowledge of solar panel systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
