We are seeking a versatile and dependable individual to fill the role of Site Supervisor cum Driver. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations while also performing driving duties as required.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards.

2. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of tasks.

3. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to identify potential hazards, quality issues, and compliance with regulations.

4. Manage inventory and equipment, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance.

5. Drive company vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from project sites.

6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

7. Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment at project sites.

8. Provide support to the project team as needed, including performing hands-on tasks during peak workload periods.

9. Keep accurate records of work activities, including mileage logs, vehicle maintenance, and on-site activities.

**Requirements**:
1. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

2. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals.

5. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.

6. Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

7. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor as required.

8. Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and travel to various job sites as needed.
