Workday Trainee

Job Title: Workday Trainee - Fresher - Night Shift

We are looking for a dynamic and eager **Workday Analyst** to join our team. As a fresher in this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the Workday platform, support HR and Finance functions, and assist in configuring and maintaining Workday modules under the guidance of experienced professionals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules (HR, Payroll, Finance, etc.).
- Support data migration activities and ensure accurate data integration within Workday.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to Workday functionality.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Provide support in running regular reports and performing data analysis.
- Participate in system updates and ensure that Workday configurations are in line with business processes.
- Assist in the documentation of Workday configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Assist in maintaining data integrity and security within the Workday system.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve any issues.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of Workday or any other HRMS (Human Resource Management System) is a plus, but not required.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze and interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to approach tasks with a problem-solving mindset.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
