The Customer Care Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing product and service information. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Assist customers with order placement and tracking.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM database.

Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement.

Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products or services.

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a customer service role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Knowledge of CRM software a plus (Salesforce preferred).

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
