**Position Summary**:
This is an opportunity to support Bain’s expanding proprietary data business, helping to build a new start-up at Bain to deliver the NPS Prism product, a market-leading customer experience benchmarking service. NPS Prism creates NPS and episode benchmarks by surveying very large numbers of customers in a given sector.
Customers are asked to identify the companies with which they do business, declare their likelihood to recommend each provider, describe why, and answer a battery of additional questions designed to reveal experiences with specific episodes, as well as share of wallet, channel preference, and other important data.
NPS Prism Associate will work closely with the Group managers, NPS Prism Product Manager, Vice President and the Proprietary Data group to build and deliver a commercially successful product that spans core sectors across all regions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Essential Functions**:

- We are looking for a Python / ML Engineer to help us create Web Application using plotly -dash enterprise
- The role will be responsible for creating and improving front-end visualizations and contribute to designing, building and improving the data pipelines that feed those products.
- Collaborate and Coordinate with different functional teams (DE and Product development) to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Build BI Dashboard on AI/ML based solutions around host of problems, using python libraries like matplotlib, bokeh, Seaborn, Plotly, Plotly Dash etc.
- While visualizations are the focus, to take ownership of some of the products, you will also be working on some backend systems (to do with business logic, scaling systems, etc. Understanding the domain (understanding what new visualizations and features are) is also of high importance.
- Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, etc.

**Qualifications**:
**Work experience**: 3+ years of experience for Associate
In areas related to machine learning, data analytics or predictive modelling. Hands-on experience in predictive modelling, text analytics, data analysis and visualization

**Education Required**: Incumbent should be an engineer from top-tier institute or statistical/analytical course from a tier 1 university

**Preferred**: Concentration in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or Market Research is strongly preferred

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Processing the data into meaningful results
- Understanding of working an integrated software environment (agile, devops)
- Visualization: Plotly/Python Dash, R-Shiny
- Experience with Python for Data Analysis, Exploration, Modeling (Pandas, Numpy, Plotly, etc)
- Experience in SQL
- Demonstrated experience in JavaScript Web Programming, Data Visualization, and Dock Containerization
- Experience in data ETL using R and Python
- Experience developing audience-right high-quality presentations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven self-starter (comfortable with what could be a remote team) with demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills
