Key Responsibilities:1.

Training & Teaching

Deliver structured training sessions (online/offline) in one or more of the following areas:Core Programming (C, C++, Java, Python, C#)Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, ASP.NET)Database Management (SQL, MySQL, MongoDB)Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), OOPs, Git/GitHubJob-oriented technologies (e.g.,.NET, MERN, Python Full Stack)Use real-world projects, case studies, and coding assignments to improve practical understanding.Prepare students for technical interviews and coding rounds.

2. Academic Planning & Content DevelopmentContribute to course content design, lab manuals, and assessments.Customize training based on student background (e.g., fresher, gap year, BSc IT, diploma).Stay updated with latest tech industry trends and adjust teaching modules accordingly.

3. Mentoring & SupportProvide one-on-one mentoring for students needing extra guidance.Monitor student progress through performance tracking and regular feedback.Conduct doubt-solving sessions and revision classes before placement interviews.

4. CollaborationCoordinate with the placement team to align training with hiring partner requirements.Support in mock interviews, hackathons, and technical workshops/seminars.Guide junior faculty or interns, if applicable.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.

Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or software development (freshers with strong skills and a teaching mindset can also apply).

Proficiency in one or more programming languages or full-stack technologies.Preferred Skills:Experience in job-oriented coaching or edtech.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of industry expectations and placement trends.Familiarity with tools like VS Code, GitHub, DBMS tools, coding platforms (HackerRank, LeetCode, etc.).Work Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Visiting Faculty (depending on batch requirements)Compensation:
