Job Responsibilities
- Job Description
1 Assist in selection and registration of PRW subcontractors
2 Prepare work orders in SAP and sends the same to subcontractors
3 Ensure timely communication to subcontractors on any amendment in work order
4 Assist team in short closure of work order
5 Identify and shortlist subcontractors, arrange necessary site visits along with capturing observations and enable registration process for new subcontractors
6 Assist TC team in performance evaluation of subcontractors
7 Prepare contractor-wise material reconciliation report
8 Prepare subcontractor entry sheets
9 Assist sight incharge -inventory in measuring physical stock of related materials
10 Assist in closure of contract
