- Develop and implement robust security measures for cloud infrastructure, focusing on preventing data breaches and misconfigurations.
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the overall security posture of the cloud environment.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to design, implement, and maintain a secure infrastructure to protect against evolving cyber threats.
- Implement security controls to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of infrastructure.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in cybersecurity to prevent the company from falling behind in cybersecurity measures.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for aligning companies security practices with evolving industry standards.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the security of cloud management platform.
- Implement security controls within the platform to protect customer data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Establish and maintain incident response procedures for cloud-related security incidents.
- Implement monitoring tools and processes to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.

**Measurable OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)**:

- Reduce the number of security incidents if any, related to cloud misconfigurations by 20% within the first quarter.
- Implement two new security controls every quarter in the cloud infrastructure to address emerging threats.
- Conduct a comprehensive infrastructure security assessment and address 90% of identified vulnerabilities within the first half of the year.
- Complete the alignment of security practices with the latest industry standards within the next fiscal year.
- Conduct a third-party security audit for the cloud management platform and address identified issues

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications on AWS Certified Security - Specialty / AWS Solution Architect are highly desirable
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) Preferred Not mandatory
- Proven experience in securing cloud environments, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid).
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to cloud security.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per month
