Summary:
Tibco’s Interaction Designers work to define all aspects of the user experience for Tibco’s products, and bring with them a strong understanding of user behavior. They define user flows & information architecture, and create detailed wireframe designs & specifications.

In this position, you’ll be designing a suite that combines many of Tibco’s industry-leading offerings, helping to establish design patterns that will work across the entire platform, with emphasis on user customization & collaboration. You’ll also be designing easy-to-consume visualization dashboards that offer rich opportunities for users to explore and interact with their data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Works on all aspects of design conception and implementation with supervision. Areas of work may include: communications, interaction, research/strategic, or environmental design for print media or digital delivery.
- Own work product, solving interaction design problems, high quality communication artifacts and internal expectation management.
- Help with planning & conducting usability studies, drafting surveys, conducting user interviews.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, architects, & product owners to establish the vision, requirements, & designs for Tibco’s products.
- Strong written and oral communication. Must be comfortable presenting to the team
- Must be a team player
- Able to identify obstacles
- Diligence and excellent attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Producing quality wireframes, user flows, site maps, and other design artifacts.
- Proficiency using design software like Sketch or Figma.
- Portfolio that demonstrates excellent process and visual communication showcased across multiple professional or school projects.
- Skills in annotation and design specifications.
