Job Summary:
As per the requirement, you will be responsible for dual roles for providing guidance and support to aspiring graphic designers, helping them to develop their skills and reach their professional goals, and also for creating visual designs that communicate messages effectively, while also appealing to the intended audience. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from logos and branding to advertising campaigns, website design, results, and certificates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting lectures for aspiring graphic designers.
- Help individuals to develop their skills in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign etc.
- Provide feedback and critique on design projects, offering constructive criticism and suggestions for improvement
- Offer advice and support on career development, including job search strategies, portfolio development, and networking
- Create and deliver workshops and training sessions on specific design topics
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in graphic design, sharing this knowledge with mentees
- Collaborate with other mentors and industry professionals to provide the best possible guidance and support to mentees, internship and placement opportunities.
- Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including logos, branding, advertising, and marketing & operational materials
- Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create digital designs and layouts
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technology to ensure that designs are innovative and relevant
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are error-free
- Prepare final designs for print or digital publication as needed

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- 2 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Strong knowledge of design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive criticism and feedback
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach individuals, with a passion for helping others succeed
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple mentees and projects simultaneously
- A portfolio of high-quality design work, showcasing your skills and experience
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
