National Dental Care is seeking a skilled and passionate Dental Surgeon (BDS) to join our team. As a Dental Surgeon, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional dental care to our patients while upholding our commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Perform routine dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.

2. Diagnose and treat dental issues and diseases in accordance with established protocols and standards of care.

3. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs and oral health goals.

4. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care techniques.

5. Collaborate with other dental professionals, including specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

7. Uphold infection control protocols and ensure a safe and sanitary dental environment for patients and staff.

8. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental technology, techniques, and procedures through continuous education and training.

9. Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

10. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and compassion in all interactions with patients and colleagues.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from an accredited dental school.

2. Valid license to practice dentistry in [region/country].

3. Proven experience in general dentistry, including proficiency in common dental procedures and treatments.

4. Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with team members.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month
