**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, and floors by following proper sanitation procedures.
- Operate dishwashing equipment, washing utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
- Ensure proper storage of food products in refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage areas.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies.
- Follow all safety and health regulations in the kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Support in setting up and breaking down food stations during service.
- Assist in rotating and restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior kitchen or foodservice experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

**Shift Details**:

- This position requires rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexibility with scheduling is essential as shifts may change on a weekly or monthly basis.
- Availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, reaching, and lifting.

Pay: ₹10,800.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
