**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Drawings**:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D architectural using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Develop construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to industry standards and client specifications.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of drawings and deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and construction meetings to provide technical input.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct thorough quality checks on drawings to identify and rectify errors.
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and other relevant design software.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and resolve technical challenges and design issues.
- Proactively suggest innovative solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Civil Draftsman or Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil drafting and design.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Excellent understanding of construction drawings, standards, and codes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with latest Building Designing software.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with sustainability and green building practices.
