**Pre-Primary Teacher Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Incorporate play-based and experiential learning techniques to develop cognitive and motor skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a welcoming, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
- Manage group dynamics and encourage positive behavior through guidance and reinforcement.
- **Child Development and Monitoring**:

- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to parents or guardians regarding their child’s development.
- **Creative Engagement**:

- Organize art, music, storytelling, and other creative activities to stimulate imagination and expression.
- Introduce basic concepts of literacy, numeracy, and general knowledge.
- **Health and Safety**:

- Ensure the physical safety of children during all activities.
- Promote hygiene and teach personal care routines.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school administrators.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide regular updates on children’s progress.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with early childhood education best practices.
- Attend training and workshops as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori training, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Prior experience working with young children is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Patience and empathy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones.
- Familiarity with classroom technologies and tools suitable for young learners.

**Work Environment**:

- Collaborative, energetic, and nurturing.
- May require physical activity, such as bending, lifting, or sitting on the floor.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
