**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Marketing**: Actively engage with potential clients in the field, visiting locations, and promoting Property Panda’s real estate offerings.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets based on property packages.
- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and approach prospective clients, generate leads, and close sales.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize marketing efforts effectively.
- **Brand Promotion**: Represent Property Panda in the field, ensuring positive brand visibility and awareness.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Vehicle Requirement**: A personal vehicle is mandatory for this role as it involves fieldwork and travel.
- **Target-Oriented**: Must be highly motivated and goal-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
- **Location**: Must be based in Ahmedabad and available for local travel.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary Structure**: Salary is based on sales targets and package sold. Performance-based incentives and bonuses.

Pay: ₹14,846.63 - ₹35,000.00 per month
