- **Patient Support**:Assist patients with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and other service-related requests.
- **Information Delivery**:Provide clear and comprehensive information about medical services, including details on procedures, insurance, and billing, to help callers make informed decisions.
- **Experience**:Prior experience in a call center, customer service role, or medical office environment is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Must have good typing speed.
- **Knowledge**:Basic understanding of medical terminology.

- **Environment**:Office-based with standard working hours. Flexibility may be required to accommodate departmental needs and peak call times.
