Position : Executive - E-Commerce - (Full Time)

Location: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

Industry: Retail
- Manage all aspects of the Shopify-based online store, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies to increase sales, improve user experience, and drive traffic to the site.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize the store.
- Manage and optimize the checkout process to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, to create and execute ecommerce campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and issues related to the online store.
- Stay up-to-date on ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and make recommendations to improve the store's performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Preferably - Female
- 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with experience managing a Shopify-based online store.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, including its features, apps, and integrations.
- Experience with ecommerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.
- Familiarity with ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
