The data entry operator is primarily responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into computer systems or databases. They ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness while adhering to established data entry protocols and procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into computer databases or systems accurately and efficiently.
- **Data Verification**: Verifying entered data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
- **Data Editing**: Reviewing and correcting data discrepancies or errors to maintain data integrity.
- **Database Maintenance**: Performing regular data maintenance tasks, such as data clean-up, updates, and deletions as required.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conducting quality checks on entered data to ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of data entry activities and tasks performed.
- **Documentation**: Documenting data entry procedures, protocols, and guidelines for reference purposes.
- **Data Security**: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of sensitive information during data entry and storage processes.
- **Report Generation**: Generating reports or summaries based on entered data for analysis or reporting purposes.
- **Communication**: Collaborating with team members or supervisors to address data entry issues, discrepancies, or special requirements.
- **Adherence to Deadlines**: Meeting established deadlines for completing data entry tasks or projects.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in data entry procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
