**Essential Experience & Knowledge**:
**SEO (search engine optimization) and how to increase the organic rankings of websites in competitive industries**
- Increasing organic rankings for specific targeted keywords
- Link Building
- Knowledge and Use Of current best practice including: AMP (Automated Web Pages) and Rich Snippets
- Increasing Domain Authority and Alexa Ranking
- Content Distribution and Optimization
- Well-versed with minor-major google updates and it's implications
- Meta Tags and Website Optimization
- On Page and Off Page Optimization
- Search Engine Submissions
- Optimised URL, pages, content structure as per google

**Content Outreach and Native Advertising/Audience Building**
- Use of Content to distribute and target to certain audiences in relevant location online
- Developing Target Audiences based on website traffic interaction
- TARGETTING audience who have engaged with native content
- Building skyscraping content
- Importance of Internal Linking

**Use of Online Data Tools to Analyze Digital Performance**:

- Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Webmaster, Facebook Analytics, FB Ads etc.
- **Google Tag Manager and Conversion Tracking**
- Implementing Bespoke Reports for websites
- Installing Google, Facebook and other relevant Pixels to track user activity
- Ability to track and monitor audience engagement

**Social** **Media**
- Social Media Content Distribution
- Increasing Social Bookmarks and Audience Engagement
- Page Creation and Development
- Manage Scheduled Posts

**Desirable Experience & Knowledge**
- Paid Digital Advertising - Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Advertising, Display advertising
- Tracking and analyzing important metrics that affect website traffic, service quotes and target audiences
- Preparing regular internal reports that provide insight into performance
- Working to key performance indicators and increasing relevant conversions with the Digital Marketing Team
