Transliner is a Container Shipping Company that provides liner services with a fleet of own containers and an expansive network of offices & agencies offering shipping solutions pan Asia. The Transliner Group, founded in 2001, is one of oldest Non-Vessel Operating Common Carriers (NVOCC) with a team of over 200 professional staff across various locations.
- Identify and target potential customers in need of NVOCC services, including importers, exporters, and freight forwarders.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet individual and team revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering exceptional customer service and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups wit
- h clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and explore additional service opportunities.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for NVOCC services based on customer requirements.
- Present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of the company’s services and negotiating terms to secure new business.
- Follow up on quotations and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues that arise during the shipping process, providing clients with timely updates.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is prepared and processed accurately for smooth handling of shipments.
- Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue generated.
- Provide regular feedback to management on market trends, client needs, and areas for potential growth.
- Assist clients with post-sales support, including addressing shipment inquiries and providing solutions to service-related issues.
- Follow up with clients post-transaction to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
