**Roles and Responsibilities**
To focus on the staff operations of the company, generating a great team culture and growing a team capable of delivering high quality client outcomes. The role will entail supporting the GM and growing the team, people capability and training.
Our team works with clients in Australia and New Zealand, so confidence using English both verbally and written is key for this role. We are looking for team members who want to learn and grow with our company, are adaptable, and want to take ownership of their role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure we are providing outstanding service to our clients
- Assist GM in delivering the vision for the company in day-to-day operations
- Inspire the team to consistently improve performance
- Develop and empower a team to grow the business at all levels
- Put in place the key training and education infrastructure, processes, and systems to empower the team to grow
**Specific Responsibilities**:
- Managing client delivery and staff performance within the team.
- Create an environment that good people want to join through setting high standards and providing a workplace that cares for the team
- Be responsible for the staff training and development within the team.
- Help develop staff performance review structures for the company in conjunction with GM and Australian management.
- Audit Lead for clients within team liaising with auditors and managing workflow to ensure timely finalization
- Client Communication (Oral as well as Written)
- Client Reporting Development and maintenance of client monthly financial and management reporting
