**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Reporting & Documentation Executive** (Commercial Accountant / Supervisor) to join our team in Kurla, Mumbai. The role demands an analytical mindset, strong documentation skills, and the ability to ensure accurate data management across departments. You will also supervise operational processes to support production, dispatch, quality control, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update internal databases, logs, and records.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify data.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in reports or documentation.
- Monitor and enhance reporting processes for improved efficiency.
- Assist in inventory tracking and physical inventory (PI) for products and packaging.
- Maintain and ensure accurate documentation of daily production and storage.

**Operations Supervision**
- Record keeping and supervision of loading/unloading, icing/re-icing, counting, and weighment of all incoming and outgoing products.
- Supervise order picking, packing, and timely dispatches.
- Oversee production and process control to maintain standards.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming products and packaging materials.
- Ensure correct product labeling and maintenance of FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices.
- Support inter-departmental coordination for smooth workflow.
- Monitor temperature controls in storage and transportation to ensure product integrity.
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of food contact surfaces, equipment, and cold storage units.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in reporting, MIS, or documentation roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting schedules.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in handling operational or compliance reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Understanding of food production, cold storage, or logistics environments is desirable.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work in **Day Shifts**.
- Ability to maintain and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong commitment to hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
