Eyp Coordinator

**Job Summary**: The EYP Coordinator will oversee the early years education program, ensuring high-quality learning experiences for children aged [specific age range, e.g., 3-6 years]. The coordinator will support staff, manage curriculum implementation, and promote a nurturing environment that fosters children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with national standards.
- Regularly evaluate and adapt the curriculum based on children’s needs and interests.
- **Staff Support and Development**:

- Provide guidance and support to early years practitioners and teaching assistants.
- Organize and conduct professional development workshops and training sessions.
- **Child Assessment and Progress Monitoring**:

- Oversee the assessment of children’s development and learning.
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and share insights with parents and staff.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Foster positive relationships with parents and caregivers, keeping them informed and involved.
- Organize events and activities that engage the community and promote the early years program.
- **Compliance and Best Practices**:

- Ensure the program meets all regulatory requirements and best practices in early childhood education.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of policies and procedures.
- **Environment and Resources**:

- Ensure the learning environment is safe, inclusive, and stimulating.
- Manage resources effectively, including budgeting for supplies and materials.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Relevant teaching certification and experience in early years settings.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
