**Job Purpose**:
To efficiently manage the spare parts inventory, procurement, storage, and issuance, ensuring the availability of required parts to support smooth workshop and customer operations while minimizing excess stock and controlling costs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of all spare parts.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of parts as per standards.
- **Procurement & Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with suppliers and OEMs for timely ordering and replenishment of parts.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with vendors.
- **Issuance & Documentation**:

- Issue parts to the workshop and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain detailed records of all inward and outward stock movements.
- **MIS Reporting**:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, consumption, and fast/slow-moving items.
- Monitor dead stock and take corrective actions.
- **Customer Support (if applicable)**:

- Handle retail spare parts sales to customers.
- Provide estimates and part availability status to customers and advisors.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and guide parts assistants or storekeepers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety norms in the parts department.
- **Coordination**:

- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure timely parts availability for jobs.
- Liaise with finance for billing, purchase orders, and vendor payments

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
