Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person visits to clients' premises to present our products, build relationships, and drive sales
- Utilize effective sales techniques to motivate and persuade clients to purchase our products
- Identify client needs and tailor product presentations to address their specific requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues
- Generate new leads and actively pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify market gaps and potential sales avenues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
- Monitor and report on sales activities, providing regular updates on performance and market insights

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA not mandatory)
- Proven experience in marketing and sales, with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and build rapport
- Passion for sales and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting and selling products
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work on-site with clients

Compensation and Benefits:

- Monthly pay of INR 10000 (excluding additional bonus and incentives)
- Salary is dynamic and will be based on individual performance
