We’re looking for **NPD Supervisor (New Product Development)**
- with following

Requirements/Skills

Qualification: BE, B.Tech and Diploma (ECE, EEE)

Experience: 2 to 3 years.

Preferable Wiring Harness Industry

No of Position 2 Nos

**Skills**:

- Understanding of automotive electrical system, Circuit and Wiring harness design.
- Preparation of circuit schematics in Capital Logic
- Preparation of Wiring Harness in Capital XC
- Knowledge of circuit analysis, wire and fuse selection for vehicle functional safety and protection.
- Benchmarking, Cost Reduction and reliability tools like DFMEA, DFA, DFS, DFM
- Knowledge Wiring harness and its child part development.
- Demonstrate strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Should have basic knowledge and fundamentals of engineering BOM.
- Be proficient in written and spoken English, and have high degree of proficiency with MS Office

Work Location: Guddanhalli, Anekal,Karnataka.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
