- The WMS Support Executive will be responsible for the day-to-day operational support and maintenance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves troubleshooting issues, providing technical assistance, and working closely with warehouse teams to optimize the system for efficient warehouse operations. The individual will ensure that WMS-related processes run smoothly, and any issues are resolved promptly to minimize downtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and resolve system issues.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts, user issues, and operational anomalies within the WMS.
- Work closely with warehouse staff and other departments to understand system requirements and user needs.
- Ensure smooth functioning of WMS during daily warehouse operations.
- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and backup tasks.
- Assist with the configuration of the WMS to accommodate process improvements and operational changes.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex system issues.
- Generate regular reports and analytics related to warehouse operations and system performance.
- Train warehouse staff and new users on the efficient use of the WMS.
- Identify and recommend potential improvements to enhance WMS functionality and warehouse operations.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and issues.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with WMS platforms, preferably in a support or operational role.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve system-related issues.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with users at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ERP systems integration is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
