**Job Summary**
We at T**hinking Hats Entertainment Solutions (THES)** believe that **production or operations is the core of our business**, it is like the Kitchen in a restaurant - however good the service, advertisements or location might be, a restaurant is only as good as the food they serve. In order to get repeat business we need to not only match up to our clients expectations but also exceed them and provide them with ‘**customer delight’ - that really is the objective of the Operations Team** at Thinking Hats Entertainment Solutions. To ensure that business assigned to them is executed in a flawless, efficient and cost effective manner and therefore get repeat orders from the same clients. A client must be fully satisfied with the outcome and it must always deliver equal or more than what was promised initially.
- The job of the production department is not only get all the elements of the checklist together but also to understand from BD / CS the exact expectation of the client and ensure that the job is done perfectly and seamlessly thereby leading to customer delight. Getting all the elements of the checklist together is just the beginning of the job ensuring that the client is fully satisfied being the ultimate objective._
**Responsibilities and Duties**
To keep an updated list of vendors (local & national), in each and every field we must have at least 3 registered vendors at all points of time. In each field we need to use the vendors which provide the right quality at the right cost.
- **To provide Internal & External cost sheets to BD / CS for all relevant projects**.
- T**o create a detailed checklist post project finalization in association with CS** - there will be a proper Production planning meeting (PPM) wherein the CS/BD person will be present, the operations manager will be present and the TL / project head will be present wherein all project deliverables will be discussed and mutually agreed upon post which it will be the responsibility of the production / operations manager to provide all deliverables as per cost sheet. Post this meeting the project is handed over to the production manager who then becomes the Project Incharge (PI) and assumes complete responsibility of the project.
- **To ensure that all commitments made by the CS/BD team to the client are fulfilled** and exceeded in terms of event elements, timelines, reportings etc
- To do **a thorough quality check of each and every item** that is part of the event or retail production, if that means getting samples approved prior to event/production or doing vendor visits or sourcing visits then they must be done and it should be ensured that best standards are maintained and our clients are fully satisfied with our offerings to them
- To create & submit a project file/report for each and every project

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
