**Job Summary**:
As an FMCG Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans related to the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. You will be responsible for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, executing promotional campaigns, and tracking the sales and marketing data to analyze trends and present reports to senior management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to meet business objectives and target audience for FMCG products.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences and trends.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to execute promotional activities.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track sales and marketing data, including product performance, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze market trends and prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Manage social media platforms and online presence to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including safety and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, FMCG industry, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
