We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to join our team and help guide prospective students on their educational journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Counselling & Guidance**: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational needs and career goals, guiding them to suitable courses.
- **Lead Management**: Follow up on leads generated through various channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.) and convert them into admissions.
- **Information Dissemination**: Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, scholarships, and other program-related details.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Collect feedback from students and provide regular reports on admissions progress and insights for improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field. A background in Marketing or Education Counselling is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum [Specify Years] years of experience in educational counselling, sales, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
