Energy Auditor

Location: Kerala and Tamilnadu

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Energy Auditor to join our GHG Accounting and Carbon reduction projects related company. As an Energy Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting energy audits and assessments for clients, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, and recommending solutions to reduce energy consumption and GHG emissions.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and other members of the company’s technical team. You will be responsible for conducting site visits, collecting and analyzing data, and developing reports with recommendations for energy efficiency improvements. You will also be responsible for communicating findings and recommendations to clients and supporting the implementation of recommended solutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in energy auditing or energy management, preferably in the commercial or industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of energy efficiency measures, building systems, and renewable energy technologies.
Experience in conducting energy assessments and audits for commercial and industrial facilities.
Experience in developing reports with recommendations for energy efficiency improvements and GHG emissions reductions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, project managers, and other members of the technical team.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address energy efficiency and GHG emissions reduction opportunities.
Familiarity with energy modeling software and tools, such as eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or RETScreen.
Knowledge of energy regulations, incentives, and programs.
High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
Professional certification in energy auditing or energy management, such as CEM or CEA, is preferred.
