Medical Officer

**Core Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Diagnosis and Treatment while ensuring detailed history taking and proper documentation.
- Providing quality empathetic outpatient/clinical consultations to all patients who visit the screening OPD.
- Care of patients in diverse settings including but not limited to in-patient, outpatient, health camps and mobile clinics
- Ensuring the quality, disinfection and sterilization of the medical material has been done by the clinical support staff
- Assuring general compliance with standing hygiene standards.
- Informing the project coordinator about any problem or complication of the patient’s illness, and monitor the proper functioning of the department, equipment or material.
- Ensuring ongoing training of the clinical support team in order to optimize the quality of care.
- Alert and readiness to participate in medical emergencies and on calls as and when required.
- Ensuring strict rules on infection prevention and control to make sure family members or patient care takers are not there on the ward.
- Adhering to the strict infection prevention and control guidelines that will be present on the ward in order to ensure that onward transmission of the disease is mitigated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

- Ferozepur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
