**Organization Profile**:
Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF) is the corporate social responsibility arm of Tech Mahindra Limited, a Mahindra Group Company. Since 2006, the Foundation has been working tirelessly in the areas of education, employability, and disability with a keen focus on corporate volunteering.

The Foundation works with the mandate that 50% of its beneficiaries are women and 10% are Persons with Disabilities. Over the year, it has impacted 3,32,732* direct beneficiaries across all programs. In addition, over 2.5* million lives impacted through our 582 COVID Relief Projects* across 17 states in India.

**Experience**: 3+ years of relevant industry experience in logistics/ supply chain operations / 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience. Apart from Industry Work Experience, trainer work experience is an added advantage.

**Qualification**: Post Graduate preferably

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Shall have experience in Planning warehouses and distribution centre’s for efficiency in both operations and capacity and transportation activities. This includes storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary. Ability to transfer same skill to undergraduate, graduate, and post graduate students.
- Good understanding of OSHA and other safety norms.
- Good knowledge of hazardous waste storage areas, hazardous waste documentation, equipment, and procedures.
- Understanding and follows proper spills and emergency clean-up procedures.
- Good understanding hazardous waste shipments, including proper labelling of all hazardous waste.
- Good understanding shipping and receiving documentation both international and domestic operations.
- Proven record processing shipments in accordance with DOT regulations and hazardous material labelling requirements.
- Data analysis and data visualization abilities.
- Understanding of the supply chain including common obstacles and effective solutions.
- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment.
- Expert in inventory management.
- Prior global shipping management/customs clearance experience is highly desirable.
- Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.

**Desired Skill Set**:

- Experience in processing shipments, supply chain operations/ warehouse operations.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to use a computer, software and other technology for inventory and communication purposes.
- Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong sense of time and urgency.
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Well-versed with Oriya, English and Hindi language is preferred.
