**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Intern to support our B2B outreach and retail expansion efforts. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both field and office environments, contributing directly to our growth strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling**: Initiate and make cold calls to potential B2B customers, introducing our premium wood-pressed cooking oils and explaining their benefits.
- **Retailer Outreach**: Identify and approach new retailers to expand our product distribution network.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Maintain regular communication with potential and existing clients, following up on initial contacts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with lead generation, appointment setting, and customer inquiries.
- **Field Work**: Visit local retailers and potential business clients to present our products and build relationships.
- **Reporting**: Document and report on sales activities, market feedback, and progress on set targets.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel within Coimbatore.
