Tool Skills: Robcad 9,Delmia V5 ,Process Simulate 10 ,RCS configuration (Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Motoman)

1.) Worked with Global Automotive Clients

2.) Knowledge of Simulation standards of Auto OEMs

3.) Teamcenter exposure

4.) Human, plant & process simulation will be an added advantage.

Soft Skills : Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Experience: Min 2 Max 10, Relevant Experience (Min) 2 Years

1.) BIW Robot simulation

2.) Simulation cell building

3.) Reachability & feasibility study

4.) BIW tool validation

5.) Weld distribution, gun selection, gun sectioning

6.) Cycle time chart preparation

7.) Create layout from simulation cell

8.) Offline programming

9.) Configure RCS with Simulation (RRS)

10.) Generate downloads
