**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and detail pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, clinics, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers to drive prescriptions and product adoption.
- Conduct regular visits, follow-ups, and product presentations to medical practitioners.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales goals, including doctor meetings, prescriptions, and order closures.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, sharing actionable insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, appointments, and sales data.
- Actively support marketing initiatives such as CME programs, health camps, and promotional events.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- **Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative.**:

- Established network of doctors, clinics, and hospitals preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to local travel for fieldwork.
