We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role **FRTB Regulatory Reporting, GSC’s**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- The Basel 3 reforms are going through major changes to strengthen the existing regulatory framework, restore credibility and improve the comparability of the banks capital ratios. For the market risk, reforms introduce a number of new global and cross jurisdictional capital requirements that trigger changes to the current data and calculation methodologies in the market risk RWAs and reporting processes. The reforms will also have direct impacts to the operating model and control landscape that supports the end to end Market risk process.
- The market risk capital requirement will come from the introduction of the new Fundamental review of trading book approaches and the job holder is expected to ensure that all reporting aspects are timely met.
- The role holder is expected to closely work with FRTB programme and outcome leads to plan, co-ordinate and prioritize activities/resources, facilitate sign offs on each milestone delivery and escalate risks/issues in a timely manner for consideration.
- Work with dynamic plans in a fast moving environment, continually assessing priorities and progress and adjusting course where necessary, being sure to maintain stakeholder buy-in
- Support testing and Go-Live activities including designing test strategy, UAT and remediation, Parallel run and ensuring documentations are completed.
Requirements

**Qualifications - External**
- Experienced Finance Professional who has dealt with Regulatory reporting obligations and regulations within a large scale financial services entity.
- Strong understanding of requirements underpinning the Group’s reporting and ability to provide Regulatory Reporting SME knowledge to a large transformational project
- Proven track record in playing a key role in delivering a complex change project in the Financial and Regulatory reporting space
- Exceptional drive, commitment and focus on operational excellence
- Committed to continuous improvement, self-motivated, confident, creative and capable of working effectively autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strong management, decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills including the ability to listen to and influence stakeholders at all levels, and to build consensus among a wide range of internal and external customers with conflicting priorities
- Preferably Chartered accountant or educated to minimum of degree level or equivalent qualification.
